Past Personal Projects
Update: I haven't worked on any of my personal projects (or this page) since 2004. For a list of recent projects please see academic projects. With the exception of Davidia, I wrote all of the software projects below during my freshman and sophomore years. I started working on Davidia when I was 15, but haven't worked on it since freshman year.
Below is a list and brief description of some of the past personal programming projects I developed. Some projects currently have pages (see left toolbar), while others do not yet.
Davidia
Written in C++ (MFC). Uses voice recognition for home automation, winamp control, etc. Can use X10 PC interfaces to turn lights and appliances on and off. Play songs with voice commands as well.
Javascript Encryptor
Written in C++ (MFC). Uses voice recognition for home automation, winamp control, etc. Can use X10 PC interfaces to turn lights and appliances on and off. Play songs with voice commands as well.
Uberman Alarm
Written in C++ (MFC). Simple alarm clock. After given duration or at a designated time, will play a song in an effort to wake user up.
Sharp Aquos Voice Remote
Written in C++ (MFC). Software to allow voice control of Sharp's Aquos HDTV LCD televisions. Uses serial connection to send and receive commands.
Osci
Written in C++ (MFC). Digital oscilliscope program designed to read data via custom built parallel port device containing an 8-bit ADC.
